Mini Waffles
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 TBSP Granulated sugar
- 1 TBSP Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ cups Milk
- 2 TBSP Unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Toppings
- Mixed berries
- Nutella spread
- Banana sliced
- Whipped cream
- Maple syrup
Coffee

- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.
- Grease the waffle iron with non-stick spray or a little melted butter. Spoon 1 to 2 TBSP of batter into each well.
- Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy, usually about 3-5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter until all the waffles are cooked.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Once the waffles are ready, top with your favorite toppings, nutella, banana, berries, syrup, etc.
- Serve the waffles with coffee.
