Ingredients

Ranch Dressing

  • 4 TBSP Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh chives minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh dill minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley minced
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper

Wrap

  • 1 clove Garlic pressed or grated
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 large Tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato diced
  • 1/3 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks

Kombucha

  • 24 oz Kombucha cold

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl for the ranch dressing. Add more water if needed for a thinner consistency. Taste and adjust any of the ingredients as needed. Refrigerate.
  • Make the aioli: In a bowl mix the garlic and mayo. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the wrap: Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and spread with the aioli; layer with arugula, tomato, onion, and turkey. Fold in the ends and roll up tightly.
  • Serve: Cut the wrap in half. Enjoy with carrot sticks, ranch, and kombucha.
