Ingredients
Turkey Wrap:
- 2 Tortilla wraps
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Your choice of cheese (e.g., Swiss or cheddar)
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Arnold Palmer:
- 12 oz Iced tea
- 12 oz Lemonade
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
- Lay out the tortillas. Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly on each tortilla. Place two slices of turkey breast, two lettuce leaves, two slices of tomato, one slice of cheese, and a portion of thinly sliced red onions on each tortilla. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly to enclose the filling.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and place them on serving plates.
- Make the Arnold Palmer: In a large glass or pitcher, combine iced tea lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
- Enjoy the turkey wraps with a side of potato chips, a dill pickle spear, and an Arnold Palmer.
