Ingredients

Turkey Wrap:

  • 2 Tortilla wraps
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Your choice of cheese (e.g., Swiss or cheddar)
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Arnold Palmer:

  • 12 oz Iced tea
  • 12 oz Lemonade
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Lay out the tortillas. Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly on each tortilla. Place two slices of turkey breast, two lettuce leaves, two slices of tomato, one slice of cheese, and a portion of thinly sliced red onions on each tortilla. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly to enclose the filling.
  • Cut each wrap in half diagonally and place them on serving plates.
  • Make the Arnold Palmer: In a large glass or pitcher, combine iced tea lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Enjoy the turkey wraps with a side of potato chips, a dill pickle spear, and an Arnold Palmer.
