Ingredients

  • 4 Naan Sandwich Rounds or sandwich thins
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Cherry pepper sandwich spread
  • 1/4 cup Artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey breast in the deli menu tab
  • 2 slices Asiago cheese
  • 1 Pickles cut into rounds
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Warm the naan rounds on both sides in a nonstick pan on medium heat.
  • In a bowl whisk the mayo and cherry pepper spread together. Then spread onto both pieces of naan.
  • Layer the naan rounds with artichoke, spring mix, tomato, turkey, and cheese.
  • Serve with pickles and chips.
