Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Chipotle Sauce
- 4 Whole wheat tortilla 8 inch
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 6 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 1/2 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Smoked gouda cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 4 oz Corn chips Fritos or comparable brand
Instructions
- Mix the mayo and chipotle sauce in a bowl.
- Place the tomatoes down on the wrap drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Layer with spinach, turkey, chipotle mayo, roast beef, onions, and smoked gouda. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve with pickles and corn chips.
