Turkey Panini

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese halved
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 2 Pickles sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Spread the mayo on all slices of bread.
  • Layer the bread with cheese, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, spring mix and cheese on top.
  • Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
    (Alternatively use a nonstick pan greased with nonstick spray cook the sandwich on both sides to golden brown covered with a lid to melt the cheese)
  • Cut the sandwich in half, serve with pickles.
