Ingredients
- 3 Tortilla wraps 9 - 10 inches
- 9 slices Deli turkey breast
- 3/4 cup Baby spinach
- 6 slices Havarti cheese
- 6 oz Potato chips
Spread
- 3 oz Sun dried tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 leaves basil
- 1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Spread
- In a blender or food processor combine sundried tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Pulse a few times to minced everything together. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending.
- Spread 1 tbsp of spread on wrap layer with baby spinach, turkey and Havarti cheese. fold in ends and roll. serve with chips.
