Ingredients

  • 3 Tortilla wraps 9 - 10 inches
  • 9 slices Deli turkey breast
  • 3/4 cup Baby spinach
  • 6 slices Havarti cheese
  • 6 oz Potato chips

Spread

  • 3 oz Sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 leaves basil
  • 1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

Spread

  • In a blender or food processor combine sundried tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Pulse a few times to minced everything together. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending.
  • Spread 1 tbsp of spread on wrap layer with baby spinach, turkey and Havarti cheese. fold in ends and roll. serve with chips.
