Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1 cups Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see recipe in Deli meats tab
- 2 slices Fontina cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Spread the mustard on all slices of bread. Layer the bread with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
Notes
Pro tips: Butterfly the chicken: Lay the breasts down on a cutting board, using a sharp knife parallel to the cutting board slice the breasts through the middle (carefully) all the way in half.
