Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread or bread of your choice
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin

Instructions

  • Preheat a large pan on medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread and place it in the pan. Put a slice of cheese on each bread slice. On one piece of bread place the arugula, turkey, and mayo and on the other bread slice place the tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and red onion. Cover with a lid and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Cut in half and serve.
