- 4 croissant
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 3 cups Baby spinach
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut ¼ in thick
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 4 oz Pretzels
- 4 tbsp Ranch dressing
- 2 Apples sliced
Instructions
- Mix together the mustard and honey in a bowl.
- Spread the honey mustard mixture on the croissant and layer with baby spinach, turkey, and brie. Cut in half and serve with apple slices, pretzels, and ranch dipping sauce.
