Ingredients
Turkey Panini with Apple:
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 4 slices Your choice of bread
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Apple thinly sliced
- 6 slices Brie cheese
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Lemon Sparkling Water:
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 1 Lemon sliced
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients per instructions above.
- Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Assemble the Panini: Spread mayo and mustard on the inside of each piece of bread. Layer with turkey, apple slices, and brie. Top with the remaining bread slice.
- Grill the Panini: Place the assembled panini onto the preheated panini press or grill pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Mix the sparkling water and lemon.
- Serve the Meal: Cut the turkey panini in half. Serve with chips, pickle, and lemon sparkling water.
