Ingredients

Turkey Panini with Apple:

  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Your choice of bread
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 Apple thinly sliced
  • 3 oz Brie cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Lemon Sparkling Water:

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients per instructions above.
  • Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
  • Assemble the Panini: Spread mayo and mustard on the inside of each piece of bread. Layer with turkey, apple slices, and brie. Top with the remaining bread slice.
  • Grill the Panini: Place the assembled panini onto the preheated panini press or grill pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Mix the sparkling water and lemon.
  • Serve the Meal: Cut the turkey panini in half. Serve with chips, pickle, and lemon sparkling water.
