Ingredients

Turkey Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • ½ Cucumber thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Lay out the slices of bread on a clean surface.
  • Spread a generous layer of mayo onto each slice of bread
  • Layer the bread with spinach, arugula, tomato drizzled with oil and seasoned with salt pepper and oregano, cucumber, pepperoncini, turkey, red onion, avocado, and cheese. Top with the remaining slice of bread. Cut in half.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the homemade lemonade.
  • Enjoy your delicious sandwich with chips and homemade lemonade.
