Ingredients
Cucumber Water
- 24 oz Water cold
- 1 Cucumber sliced
Tuna Sandwich
- 10 oz Tuna fish (drained) chunk white tuna or your preference
- 2 TBSP Celery minced
- 2 TBSP Red onion minced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 TBSP Mayonnaise more as needed
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1 cup Butter lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
- Mix the water with cucumber slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with celery, onion, lemon juice, and mayonnaise as needed until the tuna is to your desired creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Lightly toast the bread.
- Assemble the sandwich: Layer the bread with lettuce, tomato, and tuna salad. Top with a slice of bread then cut in half.
- Serve: Enjoy the sandwich with chips, pickle, and cucumber water.
