Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Grape tomatoes quartered
  • 2 tbsp Red onion minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Red kidney beans

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any of the ingredients to taste. Let sit until ready to serve.
