Ingredients
- 4 slices Crusty bread sliced 1/4 inch thick and toasted
- 1 tsp Artichoke hearts minced
- 1 tsp Kalamata olives minced
- 1/2 tsp Roasted red peppers minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices under the oven broiler on low or in a toaster.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients (use a blender or food processor if desired to mince the artichoke, olives, and peppers). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the tapenade with crostini.
