Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded Broccoli Slaw mix substitute shredded cabbage mix if needed
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 2 tsp Honey or more if needed to taste
- 2 oz Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together (except for the chips). Season with salt and pepper. Adjust any ingredients to taste.
- Serve with chips.
