Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Broccoli Slaw mix substitute shredded cabbage mix if needed
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Honey or more if needed to taste
  • 2 oz Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together (except for the chips). Season with salt and pepper. Adjust any ingredients to taste.
  • Serve with chips.
