Ingredients
- 8 oz Rice noodles or your preference of noodle
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 Green bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 Red bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 3 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 stalks Celery sliced
- 1 lb Sirloin steaks sliced into strips
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tsp Fresh ginger minced
- 1/4 cup Beef broth
- 4 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cups Snow peas
Instructions
- In a pot of salted boiling water cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain well.
- In a nonstick pan on medium heat, heat both oils. Add in the peppers, onions, mushrooms, and celery. Saute for 4 - 5 minutes. Add in the steak, garlic, and ginger and cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Add the broth and soy sauce; bring to a low simmer for about 6 minutes.
- Add the snow peas and cook for about 2 minutes. Toss in the noodles and serve.
