Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Fresh ginger peeled and minced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 16 oz Salmon skinless 4 oz portions (wild caught preferred)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- In a sauté pan on medium heat, add the soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, ginger and garlic. Simmer until it starts to thicken and becomes a syrup consistency.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the sauce over top and bake in the oven until it reaches your desired doneness using a thermometer (see below).
- Garnish with parsley and serve.

- Rare - 120 degrees
- Medium Rare - 125 degrees
- Medium - 130 degrees
- Medium Well - 135 degrees
- Well Done - 140 degrees
