  • 4 TBSP Ketchup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

  • 6 Slider buns recommend using dinner rolls like Martin’s potato rolls or a similar smaller type bun
  • 8 oz Ground beef
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • Ketchup
  • Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese cut into squares to fit the buns

Lemon sparkling water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Prep the potatoes: Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick sticks. Place into a large bowl and cover completely with cold water for 10 minutes. Drain well and pat dry with a towel.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the air fryer fries: Place the fries in the airfryer and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking or flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy, and season with salt immediately to taste.
  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ (176℃).
  • Lightly toast the inside of the rolls. Then set aside.
  • Mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Season well with salt and pepper. Portion the beef evenly into small balls about the size of a golf ball.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened and lightly golden brown. Add the beef to the pan and flatten each ball using a spatula into a thin patty (work in batches). Cook on both sides for about 20 - 30 seconds per side. Remove from the heat.
  • Spread the inside of the bottom rolls with ketchup and mustard (optional); spread the onions, and beef patties, then top with cheese. Cover with the top half of the buns.
  • Bake for about 4 - 5 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Pull sliders apart and serve warm.
  • Mix the ingredients for the lemon sparkling water. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the sliders with fries and lemon sparkling water. Serve with ketchup or your choice of condiments on the side.
