Ingredients
- 6 oz Ground Italian sausage
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 Eggs scrambled
- 2 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 Apples sliced
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and brown while breaking up into smaller pieces with a spatula until it is no longer pink.
- Add the oil to the pan then add in the eggs. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are firm but still moist and no longer runny. Mix in the cheese and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the eggs on the wrap. Fold in the ends and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve with apple slices.
