  • Preheat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, brown the sausage patties on both sides to an internal temperature of 155°F using a thermometer.
    (Alternatively, place the patties on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook in a 400 degree oven, flipping over once about halfway through cooking).
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add in the oil. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are nearly set. Break the yolks or keep them whole if desired, gently flip over the eggs with a spatula. Cook until firm. If desiring a runny yolk cook until the whites are firm then remove from the heat.
  • Melt the cheese onto the naan in the oven.
  • Place the sausage patty and eggs on the bread. Cut in half and serve with kiwi.
