Ingredients
- 6 oz Ground Italian sausage formed into patties
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 cup White cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 Everything bagel lightly toasted (or bagel of your choice)
- 1 cup Raspberries (Check the Fruit guide to substitute seasonal fruits)
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, cook the sausage patty on both sides until it is no longer pink in the middle and reaches an internal temperature of 150°F using a thermometer.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites start to become firm, then flip the eggs over, add the cheese and melt.
- Lightly toast the bagels.
- Place the eggs and sausage on the bagel, cut in half and serve with raspberries.
