Ingredients
- 4 oz Breakfast Turkey Sausage Patty
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted and buttered if desired
- 2 tsp Butter optional
- 1 White peach sliced (Check the Fruit guide to substitute seasonal fruits)
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan on medium low heat. Once hot, cook the sausage patty on both sides to an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
- Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the oil and crack the eggs into the pan being careful not to break the yolks. Cook until the whites of the eggs start to firm up, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Cook until the whites are firm. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the eggs with sausage, toast (buttered if desired) and peach.
