- 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme just the leaves
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees.
- Toss the turnips with oil and thyme, season well with salt and pepper on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Roast until tender and nicely browned, flipping over about half way through cooking.
- Season with salt if needed before serving.
