Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
  • 4 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 6 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 6 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Goat cheese crumbled
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Corn chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo and chives.
  • Spread the mayo mixture onto the wrap. Layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, ham, red onion, and goat cheese. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve with pickles and corn chips.
