Ingredients

  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic finely minced
  • 3/4 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Fresh chives chopped
  • 4 Tortilla wraps 8 inch
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Gruyere cheese
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Combine mayo, garlic, thyme, and chives.
  • Spread the garlic herb mayo on the wrap, layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, onion, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with potato chips.
