- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic finely minced
- 3/4 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
- 3/4 tsp Fresh chives chopped
- 4 Tortilla wraps 8 inch
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli roast beef
- 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Combine mayo, garlic, thyme, and chives.
- Spread the garlic herb mayo on the wrap, layer with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, onion, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with potato chips.
