Ingredients

  • 4 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 1/2 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Monterey jack sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the ciabatta.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on inside both sides of the ciabatta. Layer with lettuce, roast beef, tomato and season with salt, pepper, onion, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
