Ingredients

  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 16 oz deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 1 Mango peeled and diced
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups arugula

Instructions

  • Mix the mango and mayo together in a bowl.
  • Spread the mango mayo on the wrap. Layer the wrap with arugula, roast beef, and blue cheese. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve.
