- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 16 oz deli roast beef thinly sliced
- 1 Mango peeled and diced
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 cups arugula
Instructions
- Mix the mango and mayo together in a bowl.
- Spread the mango mayo on the wrap. Layer the wrap with arugula, roast beef, and blue cheese. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve.
