Ingredients
- 8 oz Potato Gnocchi
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Fresh sage chopped
Instructions
- In a boiling pot of salted water cook the gnocchi according to the directions on the package and drain well.
- In a saute pan on medium heat melt the butter. Add in the sage leaves and stir around for about 30 seconds. Mix in the Potato gnocchi and saute for 1 -2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
