- 1/2 pound Green beans ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium low heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant but not golden, for about 1 minute.
- Add the butter, green beans, and pine nuts. Sauté until the green beans are tender and the nuts are golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
