Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Tomato diced
- 2 tbsp Red onion minced
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 tsp Lime juice to taste
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 oz Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except chips) and stir to combine. Use the lime juice to taste, Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for the flavors to combine until ready to serve.
- Serve with chips.
