Ingredients

  • 4 Sub rolls split lengthwise and lightly toasted
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 12 oz Shaved steak
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Steak seasoning montreal steak seasoning or comparable brand
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the rolls.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil. Sauté the green pepper and onion until soft. Add in the beef, butter, and steak seasoning; brown the beef and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with cheese and cover with a lid until the cheese has melted. Portion the meat onto the bread. Serve with mustard or your favorite condiments.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
