Ingredients
- 4 oz Tortilla chips
- 4 oz Mexican cheese blend shredded
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
- 1/2 Jalapeño pepper sliced
- 1 cup Tomato diced
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low. Place the tortilla chips on a foil lined baking sheet and top with cheese. Melt the cheese under the broiler and remove from the oven. To serve top the nachos with lettuce, jalapeno, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole (see recipe).
