Ingredients
Muffuletta
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Sherry vinegar
- 3 TBSP Kalamata olives minced
- 3 TBSP Castelvetrano olives minced
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 TBSP Shallot minced
- ½ tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Ciabatta rolls split in half and lightly toasted
- 2 oz Deli mortadella sliced
- 2 oz Deli ham sliced
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz Salami sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
- Mix the oil, vinegar, olives, garlic, shallots, and oregano in a bowl until fully combined.
- Layer the ciabatta with mortadella, ham, mozzarella, salami, and the olive mixture.
- Mix the ingredients for the lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
- To serve: Cut muffuletta in half and enjoy with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
