Ingredients

  • 15 leaves Fresh mint
  • 4 oz Rum optional
  • 8 tbsp Lime juice
  • 8 tsp Honey to taste
  • 28 oz Club soda
  • 4 wedges Lime

Instructions

  • Add the mint leaves, rum, lime juice and honey to a pitcher. Muddle the mint (using a cocktail muddler or a wooden spoon) to release its flavors. Pour into glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda, as well as extra mint or lime wedges for garnish, if desired.
