Ingredients
- 8 Naan Sandwich Rounds or sandwich thins
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 8 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 1/4 cup Red onion shaved
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 2 Pickles cut into rounds
Dressing
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk the ingredients for the dressing.
- Warm the naan rounds on both sides in a nonstick pan on medium heat.
- Layer the naan rounds with a spring mix, tomato, ham, onion, feta, and drizzle with dressing.
- Serve with pickles.
