Lox Bagel
- 2 Your choice of bagel sliced and toasted
- 2 TBSP Cream cheese
- 4 oz Lox (smoked salmon) cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 TBSP Capers
- 2 tsp Fresh dill
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Coffee
- Coffee
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
Instructions
- Toast the bagel until golden brown.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on each toasted bagel half.
- Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
- Top each bagel half with slices of lox, red onion, capers, and dill. Top with a squeeze of lemon.
- Serve the lox bagels alongside coffee.
