Ingredients
Cucumber Water
- 24 oz Water cold
- 1 Cucumber sliced
Lobster Roll
- ¼ cup Celery minced
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tsp Scallions minced
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp Hot sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Cooked lobster meat
- 2 TBSP Butter melted for brushing
- 4 Hot dog buns top split buns
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Mix the water and cucumber. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Place the celery, parsley, scallions, dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Mix to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add to the cooked lobster meat and mix.
- Melt the butter.
- Set a pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the rolls with butter. Toast each side in the pan until nicely golden brown.
- Divide the lobster salad between each roll.
- Serve: Enjoy rolls with chips, pickle, and cucumber water.
