Ingredients

Cucumber Water

  • 24 oz Water cold
  • 1 Cucumber sliced

Lobster Roll

  • ¼ cup Celery minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp Scallions minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
  • cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • tsp Hot sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Cooked lobster meat
  • 2 TBSP Butter melted for brushing
  • 4 Hot dog buns top split buns
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Mix the water and cucumber. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Place the celery, parsley, scallions, dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Mix to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add to the cooked lobster meat and mix.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Set a pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the rolls with butter. Toast each side in the pan until nicely golden brown.
  • Divide the lobster salad between each roll.
  • Serve: Enjoy rolls with chips, pickle, and cucumber water.
