Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut into pieces
- 2.5 TBSP Butter softened
- 1 TBSP Fresh chives minced
- 1 TBSP Fresh parsley minced
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Arugula
- ½ TBSP Lemon juice
- ½ French baguette cut into 6-inch pieces and sliced in half horizontally
- 8 oz Deli ham thinly sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Homemade Lemonade
- 4 Lemons juiced (about 1/4 cup Lemon juice per serving)
- 20 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Let the sliced brie sit out at room temperature while you prepare everything.
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Add butter, chives, parsley, dijon, and garlic to a bowl. Mix to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add arugula to a bowl. Toss with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread butter generously inside the bottom half of the baguette. Layer the ham and brie, and season with salt and pepper. Top with a handful of arugula. Cover with the remaining half of the baguette.
- Mix all the ingredients for the lemonade. Serve over ice.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve with chips, pickle, and homemade lemonade.
