Ingredients

Sub

  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 TBSP Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Sub rolls sliced in half
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz Capicola sliced thin
  • 2 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 2 oz Deli Pepperoni
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced into rings
  • 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 2 oz BBQ potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Lemon Spritzer

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 2 TBSP Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients per instruction above.
  • Whisk the oil, vinegar, dijon, and half of the oregano in a bowl. Then drizzle on both halves of the roll.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, oregano, capicola, salami, pepperoni, cheese, onion, and pepperoncini.
  • Mix the sparkling water and lemon juice.
  • Serve: Cut in half and enjoy with chips, pickle, and spritzer.
