Ingredients

Cucumber Water:

  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 24 oz Sparkling water

Italian Sub:

  • 2 Sub rolls
  • 3 oz Deli ham
  • 3 oz Deli salami
  • 3 oz Capicola
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce washed and shredded
  • 1 Tomato thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Banana peppers sliced
  • Italian dressing
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients per instructions above.
  • Mix cucumber and water. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Assemble Italian Subs: Cut the Italian sub roll in half lengthwise without completely splitting it open. Layer the deli-sliced ham and salami on the bottom half. Place the provolone cheese over the meats. Add the torn lettuce leaves, thinly sliced tomato, red onion slices, and sliced peppers on top. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
  • Serve Italian sub with chips, pickles spears, and a glass of cucumber water. Enjoy your meal!
