Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
  • 1/2 cup Couscous
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth, butter, and thyme to a boil. Add in the couscous and cover with a lid. Remove from the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. (Refer to the directions on the package for cooking accuracy).
  • Stir in the oil and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
