Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Beef broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 cup Couscous
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth, butter, and thyme to a boil. Add in the couscous and cover with a lid. Remove from the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. (Refer to the directions on the package for cooking accuracy).
- Stir in the oil and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
