Ingredients

Cucumber Lemon Water

  • 24 oz Water cold
  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • 2 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Sugar use to taste

Wrap

  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 large Tortilla wraps your favorite flavor
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 2 TBSP Red onion diced
  • 4 slices Tomato diced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 TBSP Pepperoncini sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Make the cucumber water: Mix all the ingredients for the cucumber water. Add sugar to taste for a hint of sweetness. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Spread the mustard and mayo onto the wrap.
  • Layer with spinach and arugula, diced tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, pepperoncini, cheese, and ham. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips. Enjoy with cucumber lemon water.
