Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or more if needed
- 4 Pretzel roll sandwich size (lightly toasted)
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 oz Deli ham
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Spread the mustard on each half of the roll and layer with spring mix, ham, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with pickle.
