Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 4 large Jalapeno Cheddar Tortilla wraps or your preference of flavored wrap
- 4 slices Smoked gouda cheese halved
- 12 oz Deli ham
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 8 slices Tomato
- 2 Pickles sliced into rounds
Instructions
- Heat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Layer the wrap with cheese, ham, mustard, spinach, tomato seasoned with salt. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
- Cook the wrap on the panini grill until golden brown and crisp and the cheese is melted. (Alternatively use a non-stick pan or griddle pan over medium heat)
- Cut in half and serve with pickles.
