- 4 Croissant
- 12 oz Deli ham
- 8 slices Tomato
- 3 cups Arugula
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 oz Corn chips Fritos or comparable brand
Instructions
- Mix together the mustard and honey in a bowl.
- Spread the mayo on the croissant, lay down the tomato slices seasoned with salt and pepper, layer with arugula, honey mustard, ham, and cheddar. Cut in half and serve with corn chips.
