Ingredients
Croissant
- 2 Croissant sandwich size (lightly toasted)
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard or more if needed
- 1 cups Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Brie cheese decent sized slices to cover the sandwich
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Lemonade
- 24 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Lightly toast the croissant.
- Spread the mustard on each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, ham and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
