  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Saute the ham for 1-2 minutes. Next, add in the eggs. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are firm but still moist and no longer runny. Mix in the cheese and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the eggs on the wrap. Fold in the ends and roll tightly.
  • In a pan over medium heat, place the wrap seam side down for about 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip over and do the same on the other side.
  • Cut in half and serve with yogurt topped with raspberries and granola.
