Grilled Pineapple Sundae

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 4 slices Pineapple core removed peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 1 cup Vanilla ice cream or ice cream of your choice
  • 4 tsp Walnuts roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Spray a grill or grill pan with nonstick spray, heat on medium heat. Once hot, grill the pineapple for about 3 minutes on each side, until it is nicely brown and grill marks have appeared. (Don't move the pineapple around keep it in one place until it has nice grill marks on one side then flip over and repeat). Then set aside to cool.
  • Serve ice cream with pineapple and walnuts, drizzle the caramel on top.
