Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil or more if needed
- 8 slices Sourdough bread or bread of your choice
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound Deli ham
- 4 slices Aged Swiss Cheese or more if desired
- 4 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Heat the oil as needed in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
- Layer each sandwich with a slice of bread, slice of cheddar, ham, slice of swiss, and top with a slice of bread.
- Cook the sandwich on both sides, covered with a lid, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Serve with chips.
